## Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the **United Kingdom** only.

If you're outside the UK and want a pair, email **hello@mycperformance.co.uk** — we'll sort it directly.

## Shipping costs

The threshold is based on your order total after any discounts have been applied.

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

## Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our UK hub **within 24 hours** of being placed, Monday to

Friday.

Orders placed after **[5 pm]**, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays

are dispatched on the next working day.

## Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries may take longer during sale

periods, national holidays, or in the event of carrier delays outside our control.

## Tracking

 You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

## Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a

parcel once it's been dispatched, and we can't take responsibility for orders lost

because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you spot a mistake, email **hello@mycperformance.co.uk** straight away — if the

order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to correct it.

## Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within **[7 working days]** of dispatch, email

**hello@mycperformance.co.uk** with your order number and we'll chase it with the

carrier.

We can't declare a UK parcel lost until **[X working days]** after dispatch — that's

the carrier's own window, and parcels marked as delayed very often turn up inside it.

## Damaged in transit

Check your order when it arrives. If anything has arrived damaged, email

**hello@mycperformance.co.uk** with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

## Returns

Changed your mind? See our Returns Policy — 30 days from the day your order arrives,

unworn, tags on, original packaging.
